breakthrough artist of the year: the king's heralds??? wow...aren't they the oldest continuous gospel quartet in amercia?!?! originally founded in 1927, ...looks like all the hard work is finally payin off...
I want to thank SoGospelNews for the "Pacesetter" nomination.. We are very pleased that SG SHOW PREP is, again, nominated for this prestigious award. Just to share the category with such greats as the Dove Brothers, Ernie Haase & Signature Sound, Wayne Haun, Kevin Ward and Annie McRae, is an honor beyond my greatest expectations.
has voting passed? lol
Sorry, that was a typo. February 1, 2008 ![]()
Regarding kittykats comments about King's Heralds, while they have been singing GOSPEL music since 1927 it wasn't until recently that they broke into Southern Gospel Music. Think it was about the time Jeff Pearls joined the group and they moved east to the Nashville area.
it's always great to see and be able to keep current on all my favorite SG groups. There are to few such sources. Keep up the good work.
I love southern gosple music. how you you get to vote for the 2008 SGN music awards?
