Gold Harbor Welcomes New Alto

Gold Harbor welcomes a last minute alto candidate. Her name is Kelly Scott and she has been singing southern gospel music since she was five years old. Kelly traveled with her dad who was a musician/singer for approx 10 years. Together they mainly did concerts in the south eastern states. Kelly Scott is from Louisiana and moved to Tn 3 years ago. She has sang on church praise teams her whole life and singing solos, harmony and back up. In 2006 she went to work for Jimmy Swaggart and his church. She was was on that praise team too.. It required her to sing harmony over live radio and Tv 3 services a week (all new material). Kelly also did numerous back up vocals for Jimmy Swaggart the solos her performed. Kelly has 3 beautiful children and a great husband just out of Jamestown Tn. After Kelly left JS ministries she started her own band which included 8 other people. Shortly after she produced her first solo cd. Jeff ONeal of Heritage Communication promoted two singles off of her solo cd. Gold Harbor thanks all the people who voted for the other altos during the contest ,but the Lord sent his choice out of the box so to speak just as we are and what a delight Kelly Scott is. We have much to do over the next few months. We have to rehearse old and new songs.12 new one for a new project and 25 or so from the past for our concerts. We will have a new photo shoot in a week or so. Most of all we need your prayers.This group is all about ministry and we value all your prayers.
